Your access to and use of bikemaster.no is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use our service or website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using bikemaster.no you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using bikemaster.no. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure that use of bikemaster.no is used in accordance with any regulations issued by your employer or any other third party person, company or organization.

2. CHANGE OF USE
bikemaster.no reserves the right to:
- change or remove bikemaster.no (temporarily or permanently) without notice and you confirm that bikemaster.no shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
- change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

3. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
bikemaster.no may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights on bikemaster.no (including without limitation the website design, text, and all software and source codes connected with bikemaster.no) are owned by or licensed to bikemaster.no or otherwise used by bikemaster.no as permitted by law. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

5. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bikemaster.no will not be liable for any accidental or intentional deletion of data on our servers. Do not use bikemaster.no with the intention of storing/logging data for permanent use as it may be deleted without warning. bikemaster.no makes no warranty that the functionality of our service will be uninterrupted or error free or that defects will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of bikemaster.no for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of bikemaster.no or that of its employees or agents. By using bikemaster.no you accept that your are legally permitted to do so and have received the relevant permission from any relevant parties.

6. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold naxaitor.com and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against bikemaster.no arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of bikemaster.no.

7. SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

8. SUBSCRIPTION
We reserve the right to suspend the service for individuals or as a group or to require a subscription for further use. No plans exist for a personnal subscribed bikemaster.no service at the time of t&c review.

9. SUSPENSION OF USE
bikemaster.no reserves the right to permanently or temporarily terminate, suspend, or otherwise refuse to permit access to the product without prior notice and liability, if, in bikemaster.nos’ determination, the user is considered to be violating any of the Terms and Conditions.

10. PRIVACY POLICY
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the most comprehensive EU data privacy law in decades, and will come into effect on May 25th, 2018. Besides strengthening and standardizing user data privacy across the EU nations, it will require new or additional obligations on all organizations that handle EU citizens’ personal data, regardless of where the organizations themselves are located. bikemaster.no is GDPR compliant as of May 25th 2018.

The GDPR outlines two types of personal information:
- Sensitive personal data (data consisting of racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.). Naxiator does not request or store any sensitive personal data.

We have optional storage of the following personal data on our servers on behalf of our clients:

- Name.
- E-mail address.
- Phone number.

HOW bikemaster.no COLLECT THE INFORMATION
The guard manager admin for the relevant event provides the personal data when entered during registration.

WHY bikemaster.no COLLECT THE INFORMATION
- Name – to administrate guards and due to authority demands.
- E-mail address - to administrate guards and due to authority demands, and to distribute specific guard details
- Phone number - to administrate guards and due to authority demands, and to distribute specific guard details

HOW WE USE IT
Combination of the data collected as mentioned above. To produce; reports, guard duty specifications, live event map. We do inhouse backups.

HOW WE SECURE IT
bikemaster.no use a COMODO Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 256-bit with RSA encryption (https). The bikemaster.no is built on a “privacy by design” principle to prevent unauthorized access to personal data. All servers are physically secured. If a breach of security which can result in a risk of personal data theft is discovered, you will within 72 hours be contacted through email, phone (if provided) or a general notification on bikemaster.no.

ANY THIRD PARTIES WITH ACCESS TO IT
None

USE OF COOKIES AND SESSIONS
We do use server-side sessions to maintain your login status and to display the correct content on your session. We do not store client side cookies.

HOW USERS CAN CONTROL ANY ASPECTS OF THIS
By contacting us on post@bikemaster.no you can at any time:

- request access to all information that bikemaster.no has on you.
- correct any information that bikemaster.no has on you.
- withdraw your consent to the storage of personal data. In this case we will delete all information that bikemaster.no has on you and you will no longer have access to bikemaster.no.
